Setup for Success - 2-Day Workshop
with BASI Faculty, Caroline Sobottka
Caroline Sabottka, BASI Faculty visiting us from Berlin presents the two day Setup for Success workshop.
Rael is quoted as saying, “I used to claim the setup of an exercise is 90% of the success of an exercise. I am now upgrading it to 100%! If the Setup is incorrect, the exercise cannot be executed correctly.”
In Part 1 of the workshop we will review the Pre-Setup and Setup of each exercise on the Reformer (Global Comprehensive Program).
Part 2 will focus on the Pre-Setup and Setup of each exercise on the Cadillac and Wunda Chair (Global Comprehensive Program).
The focus will be on precision, stabilization and placement of the body during the initiation of each exercise. The correct starting position will help ensure the success of each exercise.
