F2 stands for Form and Function, two concepts that are the basis of this ever-evolving system. The F2 lies at the heart of BASI Systems’ state-of-the-art designs. In this F2 System workshop presented by Mariam Younossi, we will explore the repertoire’s evolution, the apparatus’s, and the symbiotic relationship they share.
You will be introduced to the uniqueness of the F2 Chair – an amalgamation of the original Arm Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Box. The versatility of this expansive piece of apparatus, which works the body in every conceivable position, is unparalleled.
The F2 System can be added to the Spine Corrector, Wunda Chair, Reformer and Cadillac. You will be guided through an extensive repertoire, with exercises on the full range of Pilates apparatus.

Pilates Through Pregnancy and beyond
Ashley Ritchie presents this three-day immersive certificate course – Pilates Through Pregnancy and Beyond. This detailed and extensive course offers a unique opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of the process the mother-to-be is going through within and the physical changes without that pregnancy brings.
The Pilates through Pregnancy and Beyond course will take you through the 3 trimesters, the “Red Flag” conditions, exercise recommendations, modifications and assists. Hormonal affects from pregnancy, birthing and feeding the new born as well as Post pregnancy training protocols will be addressed. Diastasis Recti, what it is and how to treat it will be discussed in detail.
The course takes place in-person at BASI Pilates Academy – Amsterdam.
